As the head of the Indian Legal team, M S brings an extensive 35-year legal background to the fore, offering invaluable guidance to both the Indian and Canadian legal teams. Commencing his legal journey in the late 80s, MS was called to the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana in Chandigarh in 1988. Since then, he has been actively engaged in Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Corporate Legal matters at Kurukshetra District Courts. MS boasts considerable expertise in Indian Banking Law, having served as an empanelled lawyer for top-tier Government and Private Banks, Insurance companies and other government organisations.

Driven by a passion for aiding those in need, M S serves as a Trustee for the reputable NGO, Global Events Organization, dedicated to assisting the underprivileged and providing them with opportunities for growth.

Actively involved in local and national politics, M S was elected as a Municipal Councillor for District Kurukshetra, contributing significantly to the city’s development from 2004 to 2009.

At Amberstone Law’s India office, M S manages day-to-day affairs, overseeing clients seeking immigration to Canada or the United States. Additionally, he handles international corporate clients with global offices, offering legal guidance for their entry into India’s burgeoning economy.

Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and English, M S allocates his free time to philanthropy, contributing by donating food and clothing to those in need. His multifaceted involvement reflects a commitment to legal excellence, social responsibility, and community betterment

Having been called to the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana in 2019, Anjali Dawar has been an exceptional Lawyer in Chandigarh India. She earned her law degree and pursued her Masters in Law from the prestigious Maharaja Aggarsain University in North India.
