Karan is a Barrister & Solicitor at Amberstone Law, representing business owners, corporations and professionals in corporate-commercial transactions and civil litigation. His practice is built for clients who need structure, leverage and results.

He advises on commercial matters including share structures, corporate reorganizations, asset and share purchase transactions, business dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, and risk-allocation agreements, on files where the deal must be engineered properly the first time and enforced firmly if it isn’t.

On the litigation side, Karan handles contractual disputes, commercial claims, construction and contractor conflicts, commercial real estate disputes and other matters where financial exposure and business continuity are on the line. He is known for disciplined legal analysis, precise drafting and steady advocacy in complex disputes.

Before law, Karan worked in business and corporate sales, giving him a clear understanding of how legal decisions affect cash flow, negotiations and long-term commercial outcomes. He holds a Juris Doctor from Griffith University and was called to the Alberta Bar in February 2025.
