Jason Ramsoondar is an associate lawyer at Amberstone Law, with a practice focused on corporate and commercial law and civil litigation. He assists individuals, business owners and corporations with structuring transactions, navigating legal risk and resolving disputes.
His experience includes corporate and commercial transactions, business purchases and sales, contract drafting and review, and commercial real estate matters. His litigation work covers commercial and contractual disputes, construction claims, insurance matters and general civil litigation. He brings a practical approach, with an emphasis on careful preparation, clear advice and strategies that reflect each client’s objectives and financial circumstances.
Jason earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. He summered and completed his articles at an established regional law firm in Calgary, gaining experience across litigation and solicitor matters, from pleadings and applications to transactional due diligence and corporate drafting.
His background in commercial banking and property informs his understanding of the financial and commercial considerations behind transactions and disputes. Jason was called to the Alberta Bar in August 2026.
